Acquire a greater understanding of the Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 vision switching system. Delivered either over 2 days or as an intensive 12 hour one day program.

Overview: Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 Intermediate - Part A (Day 1 - first 6 hours)
- Identify models of switcher and MVE operations
- Choose and modify wipes
- General operation of the Frame Memory, including importing clips and using these as transitions
- Operate colour background generators; use Copy and Swap functions
- Operate VTR and DDR devices under switcher control
- Demonstrate Snapshot regions, store and recall functions

Overview: Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 Intermediate - Part B (Day 2 - second 6 hours)

- Operate Snapshot regions store, recall functions
- Build Time-lines (Effects) store and recall functions
- Design DME effects into DME wipes
- Create Snap Box recall of devices, Effects and Snapshots
- Assign Utility functions
- Build and edit a complex Macro and assign to crosspoint
- Recall all functions of File Management
