Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 Intermediate Print E-mail

Acquire a greater understanding of the Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 vision switching system. Delivered either over 2 days or as an intensive 12 hour one day program.

  • Overview: Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 Intermediate - Part A (Day 1 - first 6 hours)  
    • Identify models of switcher and MVE operations
    • Choose and modify wipes
    • General operation of the Frame Memory, including importing clips and using these as transitions
    • Operate colour background generators; use Copy and Swap functions
    • Operate VTR and DDR devices under switcher control
    • Demonstrate Snapshot regions, store and recall functions

       

 

  •  Overview: Sony MVS8000/MVE9000 Intermediate - Part B (Day 2 - second 6 hours)
    • Operate Snapshot regions store, recall functions
    • Build Time-lines (Effects) store and recall functions
    • Design DME effects into DME wipes
    • Create Snap Box recall of devices, Effects and Snapshots
    • Assign Utility functions
    • Build and edit a complex Macro and assign to crosspoint
    • Recall all functions of File Management
