If you are regularly employed within the Television industry and have 2 years experience as a Vision Switcher, the TTOC Vision Switching – Advanced course will raise your qualifications to that of Senior Vision Switcher.
Your expert trainer will be a highly reputable industry Senior Vision Switcher/Engineer. The training you will receive will be on the latest technology employed by the Television broadcast industry. The specific training is set and endorsed by the Television Industry Advisory Group (refer to Endorsements).
This course has been specifically designed for a vision switcher with 2 years experience and looking to move to the position of Senior Vision Switcher. It is also relevant to Broadcast engineers and Technical Directors.
What will I get out of this?
On successfully completing the Vision Switcher – Advanced Engineering course you will receive a Television Industry recognised TAFE certificate.
The graduates of the Vision Switching Advanced course should be qualified to take a Senior Switching position subject to experience and the project involved.
Entry Requirements
Two years experience in switching at intermediate level plus you must have completed Vision Switching intermediate module or equivalent.
How often do the courses run?
Courses are one month long, starting April 2010, and will run frequently until the last intake for 2010 in October. Alternatively, the course will be run over 5 months, 1 day per week, starting April 2010.
